Rules & Roster for 100 Board

Each team will rostered on to sell the 100 Board at Ettalong Bowling Club (our major sponsor) throughout the season. Make sure, where possible, that you wear something that will identify you as a representative of Ettalong Eagles (player’s shirt, training polo or club jacket/hoodie).

If you do not turn up your team will be fined $100.

·        You will be given the sheet and numbers on the day at netball.

·        The 100 board is sold at Ettalong Bowling Club from approx 6.45pm straight after the raffles. Sometimes, if you see the gent running the raffles, he will announce that you are there when the raffles conclude. Usually takes about an hour to sell.

·        Most patrons are familiar with the 100 Board but those who are not, take the time to introduce yourself (you represent Ettalong Eagles Netball Club) and what the 100 Board is about, 100 numbers, $2 per number, with the chance to win $100 dollars.

·        When a patron picks a number, write their name in the box of that number and if they will not be present when the 100 Board is drawn, a contact telephone number.

·        When all numbers are sold, see the ladies at the cashiers window for cups to sort the coins into (20c, 50c, $1 and $2 etc).

·        Once sorted ask the ladies to change coins into cash for you, also ask for 2 envelopes You should have $200. $100, being the 100 Board prize and $100 for Ettalong Eagles Netball Club. Place $100 into each envelope.

·        Ask a staff member to pull out a number and announce the winning number over speaker. If the person has left the club give them a call and the club will hold the money until they come back in.

Make sure that you clearly mark the 2nd envelope containing $100, with your teams name and the amount. You can give money to your Coach or Manager who will then pass the monies on to Lisa Holt, our Treasurer.
